Join Chef Alain as he brings his recipes from his Cuban restaurant (Doctor Cafe) in Havana to DC for a collaborative 4 course dinner with our Chef-Partner Guillermo Pernot.
Chef Alain is the second Cuban chef Cuba Libre and Chef-Partner Pernot have brought to cook in the United States, and one of the first to cook here since the Cuban embargo.

Beginning on Friday, May 4th and continuing on Friday, May 11th and May 18th, Cuba Libre will feature salsa couples and groups competing in a head-to-head competition to win a spot on Saturday night at the DC Salsa Congress to showcase their skills and to become the next Cuba Libre dancers.
On Friday, June 8th the winners from the 3 nights in May will go up against one another to decide the who the final overall winner.
Admission is FREE on the guest list before midnight. Send your full name to RSVPDC@CubaLibreRestaurant.com no later than 8pm Friday evening to be placed on the guest list.
