If you've walked through The Quarter this summer, you may have noticed the construction wall toward the front of the restaurant...trust us, when that wall comes down, you'll want to get a peek at what we've been working on for the last few months.

Get ready for a completely new and interactive dining experience where you'll have the option to be up close and personal with Cuba Libre's chefs, truly immersing yourself in the sights, scents, flavors and textures of Cuban cuisine, prepared in the most authentic way - a la parrilla.
