Cuba Libre in The Quarter at Tropicana Atlantic City is offering a special 4-course (!!) menu for Restaurant Week, March 4-9, 2018! For $35.18, guests can order from our expansive menu featuring signature dishes and wood-fired favorites from our new wood-burning Latin grill. The 4-course menu includes a canapé, appetizer, entree, and dessert, and guests are encouraged to pair their meal with a classic mojito, sangria, or hand-crafted cocktail with wood-grilled tropical fruits.

  • After enjoying our complimentary Cuban pressed bread with mango butter, guests will receive a canapé of bruschetta de tostón topped with smoked trout rillette
  • While sipping on a mojito, choose an appetizer like our signature Mamá Amelia's Empanadas, or the wood-fired Octopus a la Parrilla or Guava BBQ Ribs
  • Indulge in a Restaurant Week exclusive item like our Chuleta de Puerco, grilled 10 oz. Duroc pork chop, ember-roasted baby sweet potato, mango butter, and roasted corn and chipotle salsa. Or, keep it classic with a traditional Cuban entree like Ropa Vieja or our new Pargo a la Plancha.
  • For dessert, you'll receive a sampler of two of our Pastry Chef's favorite desserts: Mami Totty's Arroz con Leche, and Cuban Flan.
