Cuba Libre in The Quarter at the Tropicana will celebrate its signature cocktail, the mojito, on National Mojito Day – Wednesday, July 11 – with $5 Classic Mojitos available all day at the bar beginning at 11:30 a.m.!
The cocktail, made famous by Ernest Hemingway and made best by Cuba Libre, is made with hand-pressed sugarcane (called guarapo), fresh lime juice, mint, Cuba Libre’s own white rum, and a splash of soda.
The $5 mojito special begins during lunch at 11:30 a.m. Mojitos can be paired with any of our lunch favorites, as well as our new extended happy hour menu from 11:30 a.m till 7p.m.! The full a la carte lunch menu is available all day at the bar.
The Mojito Day celebration will continue throughout our dinner service, featuring Cuba Libre’s traditional Cuban tapas, grilled meats and seafood, and many more exciting dishes by Chef-Partner Guillermo Pernot. Dinner starts at 4 p.m. daily!
