Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar at Tropicana Atlantic City will celebrate National Empanada Day on Monday, April 8 by offering ALL empanadas for just $1 (!!!) from 4 to 7 p.m. at the bar during the restaurant's annual Dollar Empanada Happy Hour!

The signature empanadas, made with a variety of fillings, can be paired with Cuba Libre's many Happy Hour drink specials, including $5 cocktails made with locally distilled spirits; $4 house made sangria, $4 wine, and $4 beer. 

Guests can choose from the following $1 empanadas on Monday, April 8 (at the bar, dine-in only!): 

Del Campo: Pulled pork, roasted poblano, charred tomatoes

Picadillo: Cienfuegos-style ground beef, potatoes, Manzanilla olives and raisins

De la Casa: Hand-chopped chicken, corn, Jack cheese
