As New Jersey begins to relax covid restrictions (no more indoor dining capacity limits!) and as our dining reservations increase for the summer season, we’re in need of more team members to keep up! If you’re looking to travel - we have additional Cuba Libre locations in Philadelphia, Washington, DC, Fort Lauderdale, FL, and Orlando, FL. Eligible employees will have the option to transfer to our other restaurant locations, high-performing employees may have the opportunity to travel to be company trainers; and our “Employee Passport Program” allows you to pick up shifts at other Cuba Libre locations to subsidize personal travel to those cities.
