We've just introduced a BRAND NEW MENU at Cuba Libre!

Two-time James Beard Award-winning Chef-Partner Guillermo Pernot has just added fourteen tempting new dishes to Cuba Libre's summer menu, including impressive platters for two, classic and contemporary Cuban tapas, incredible new steaks, seafood and Cuban clásicos, and hand-crafted cocktails.

 

Cuba Libre in Pointe Orlando on International Drive has added twelve (12!!) new items to its dinner menu, including impressive platters for two, incredible new appetizers, and a bunch of classic and contemporary Cuban entrees. 

 

Chef Pernot is thrilled to debut stand-out dinner items, among many others, such as:

  • Crab Guacamole: Blue crabmeat, avocado, grilled golden pineapple, roasted jalapeños, fresh lime juice, extra virgin olive oil. Crisp plantain chips
  • Cuban Poke: Marinated seasonal fish, compressed watermelon and English cucumbers, pickled seaweed, avocado, white rice and toasted macadamia nuts. Pumpkin seed oil vinaigrette (Vegetarian option available)
  • Puerco Cha Cha Cha: Three pork favorites in one jumbo cut: bone-in loin chop with meaty rib and crisp pork belly. "Boniato Bravas” and charred herb salsa. Chipotle allioli
  • Crispy Pork Pata for Two:  48-hour slow-cooked Berkshire pork shank. Grilled seasonal vegetables and Moros y Cristianos. Citrus pan reduction (Limited quantity available)


A refreshing new hand-crafted cocktail, the Second Street 75, is the perfect summer drink, made with Macchu Pisco, simple syrup, lemon juice, sparkling wine.
