Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar in Pointe Orlando will be offering a special three-course prix fixe menu for $35, featuring an appetizer, entree and dessert, from 5-11 p.m. on Saturday, October 7 to raise critical funds for the victims of Hurricane Maria. Twenty percent (20%) from every menu sold on October 7* will go to United for Puerto Rico.

The three-course menu, created by James Beard Award-winning Chef-Partner Guillermo Pernot and Executive Chef Jose Gonzalez, features:

• Appetizers like the Pineapple Guacamole Cubano, Cuban Sandwich Spring Rolls, Malanga Fritters or Coconut Crab Fritters, among many others
• With seven different classic and contemporary Cuban entrees like the traditional Ropa Vieja or Arroz con Pollo, the new Pargo Frito or Cuban Poke (vegetarian option available), or the Grilled Vegetable Paella - there's something for everyone!
• Guests will then choose a dessert from Cuba Libre's chef's selection
