Cuba Libre's Executive Chef Jose Gonzalez has released the three-course dinner menu, featuring many vegetarian-friendly items, where you get to select an appetizer, entree, and dessert for just $35!

Start with an appetizer like our Pineapple Guacamole Cubano, Tuna Ceviche, Malanga Fritters or Mama Amelia’s Empanadas, among many others. Next, choose from one of five different classic and contemporary Cuban entrees like our Lechón Asado, our new Pez Cobia or our Grilled Vegetable Paella - there's something for everyone! 

And saving the best for last - you'll get to choose a dessert from our chef's selections for the night!
