CORE's campaign at Cuba Libre (and other participating restaurants) will employ the Round It Up America® platform to offer dining guests a way to donate to CORE when paying for their meal with a credit card at participating restaurants. To help support this amazing organization while dining, you can “round up” your bill to the nearest dollar (or more) as a donation to CORE. 

Why support CORE? CORE is a national 501c3 organization that grants support to children of food and beverage service employees navigating life-altering circumstances. In times of extreme strain brought on by family death, injury or diagnosed medical condition, loss of home, or other sudden or extreme circumstances, food and beverage families can become overwhelmed financially and emotionally. During these hardships, dependent children are often the most vulnerable - and that’s when CORE steps in to help.
