We’re holding open interviews for managers and chefs at all levels on Sunday, March 1 (2 p.m. to 6 p.m.) and Tuesday, March 3 (10 a.m. to 2 p.m.) The interviews will take place at the restaurant’s future location – 800 East Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale. 

Candidates will have the opportunity to meet with two-time James Beard-Award winning Chef-Partner Guillermo Pernot and other top executives, who will also be accepting applications for positions at the Orlando, Philadelphia, Atlantic City and Washington, D.C. restaurants.

With this initial round of hiring, Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar Fort Lauderdale will be looking to fill eight to 10 salaried positions. Hiring for hourly positions will take place in the late summer. Ultimately, the restaurant will hire 120 employees.
