Monday nights at Cuba Libre are about to get MUY delicioso: Starting Monday, June 8 you can “pig out” on All-You-Can-Eat roast pork, white rice, black beans, house salad and grilled bread for just $25 per person. The dinner special begins at 5 p.m. and lasts until we run out of pig - so hurry in!
Every Monday, all summer long, we'll be cooking the pig outside on 2nd Street for eight hours inside an authentic “Caja China,” or Chinese roasting box, then will bring it inside to a carving station in the dining room. The special gets even better, with a “pig pairing” of sangria pitchers, including the seasonal Grilled White Peach Sangria, at $5 off all night.
