Cuba Libre's Chef-Partner Guillermo Pernot has unveiled his dinner prix fixe menus, where guests will enjoy a three-course dinner for $35. Dinner options include classic and contemporary Cuban dishes like the traditional Lechón Asado, the new Peking Chicken & Pez Cobia, or the vegetarian-friendly Paella Vegetariana.
For dessert, each guest will enjoy Cuba Libre's pastry chef's delicioso Tres Leches cake.
