Join us for an intimate rum dinner! Presented by our executive chef Angel Roque and Aaron Joseph, local mixologist extraordinaire and winner of the Mixology Match in 2017. Together they have created a fun night featuring an exclusive menu paired with Papa's Pilar rum. Some rums are mixed into cocktials, some are cooked into the dishes and others are served neat.

The night will start with a cocktail hour at 6:30 pm featuring the winning cocktail "Papa's Watering Hole" followed by a sumptious 4 course meal. Participants will learn about rum and how it shaped American history while sipping cocktails and enjoying dishes presented by Chef Roque.
