Cuba Libre's Chef-Partner Guillermo Pernot has unveiled his three-course dinner menu, where guests can select an appetizer, entree, and dessert for just $35.
Guests can start with an Appetizer like the Abuela’s Chicken Croquetas, Cuban Tamal or our brand new Tuna Ceviche.
Entrees include classic and contemporary Cuban dishes like the traditional Lechón Asado, and new creations like Chef Guillermo’s Peking Chicken and Pez Cobia.
For dessert, each guest will receive Cuba Libre’s signature Tres Leches cake.

Appetizer options include Black Bean Soup, Pineapple Guacamole Cubano and Tuna Ceviche.
Guests can select from entrees including the Churrasco Salad, Pollo Frito “Chicharron” Sanguche, Levanta Muerto Seafood Soup or Paella Vegetariana.
For dessert, each guest will receive Cuba Libre’s signature Tres Leches cake.
On weekends, a special Restaurant Week Brunch menu is available for $22. Guests will receive a basket of homemade Latin pastries for the table, and can choose 3 items from the restaurant's brunch menu.
