Monday, April 15th doesn’t have to be taxing for Washingtonians! Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar in Penn Quarter will be offering incentives to weary tax filers who visit the restaurant for lunch on Monday, April 15th.  To ease the pain of completing last minute filings, Cuba Libre will offer our Visit to Havana Rápido three-course lunch special at a discounted price of $10.40 (regularly priced at $14.50)!!!

Guests can leave their tax worries behind and allow their midday meal to take them on a culinary journey to Cuba.  The Visit to Havana Rápido lunch includes: 

• Black Bean Soup with red onions and sour cream
• House Salad - watercress, baby spinach, romaine, organic grape tomatoes, kalamata olives, red onions, marinated queso blanco, boniato chips & red wine vinaigrette
• El Cubano - half of our Ybor City-style pressed Cuban sandwich with sour orange marinated pork loin, genoa salami, ham, provolone, swiss cheese and yellow mustard-pickle relish

Guests who dine during lunch on Monday, April 15 will also be eligible to complete a raffle entry form, which mirrors a 1040-A tax form.  One lucky winner will be chosen at random to win a complimentary happy hour* for up to 10 guests at any Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar location!
