Cuba Libre's Chef-Partner Guillermo Pernot has unveiled his three-course dinner menu where guests can select an appetizer, entree, and dessert for $22 at lunch or $35 during dinner.
For lunch, guests can choose from appetizer options like our Creamy Corn Soup topped with blue crab claw meat or Abuela’s Chicken Croquetas servedDC with a cachucha pepper allioli. During dinner, guests can start with an appetizer like our Jardín Salad, Grilled Baby Octopus, or Cuban “Coctel” with fresh shucked oysters, poached shrimp, and baby octopus. Dinner entrees include classic and contemporary Cuban dishes like the traditional Lechón Asado, and new creations like Chef Guillermo’s Rabo Encendido - a flavorful oxtail braised in red wine, Cuban spices and habaneros peppers.
