As DC begins to ease covid restrictions and as our dining reservations increase for the summer season, we’re in need of more team members to keep up! We’re now hiring for various FOH/BOH restaurant positions, as well as nightlife positions. Btw, we’re not playing around when it comes to team member perks!

FYI - all of our general managers and executive chefs have been promoted from within! Full-time team members (working an average of 30+ hours a week) are also offered healthcare benefits and PTO. 

If you’re looking to travel - we have additional Cuba Libre locations in Atlantic City, NJ, Fort Lauderdale, FL, Orlando, FL, and Philadelphia. Eligible employees will have the option to transfer to our other restaurant locations, high-performing employees may have the opportunity to travel to be company trainers; and our “Employee Passport Program” allows you to pick up shifts at other Cuba Libre locations to subsidize personal travel to those cities.
