Cuba Libre's Chef-Partner Guillermo Pernot has unveiled his three-course dinner menu where guests can select an appetizer, entree, and dessert for $35 during dinner.
Start dinner off with an appetizer like our Pineapple Guacamole Cubano, Black Bean Soup, or our Shrimp Cóctel with a zesty Latino cóctel sauce and avocado.
