Our Cuban Roast Pork Feast for Two is a quintessential dish to commemorate Hispanic Heritage Month, and we can’t wait for you to try it! The dish consists of citrus-marinated pork shoulder that is slow roasted for 10 hours and then shredded. At service, we crisp up the pork in a pan with the reduced cooking juices. We top the meat with onion-caper mojo, maduros, and crispy pork belly chicharrones and serve it on a custom-made ceramic pig grill that is presented to you tableside. It’s also served with sides of white rice and black beans.
