We're taking farm-to-table to a whole new level in our new-and-improved garden, located right on our outdoor patio! This past month, we've planted rosemary, sage, basil, Thai basil, jalapeños and habaneros (plus, we already had a lime tree, too!).
Chef Jose Gonzalez and his team use these herbs and spices in so many menu items, like our Ceviche Mixto and Guacamole Cubano, to name a few.
